A fun-filled exciting workout that combines Latin dancing with cardio and interval training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.
Barre Fusion & Sculpt with Heidi
TUES. | 6:30PM – 7:20PM
This class combines ballet-inspired isometric movements with Pilates and strength to tone the entire body. Participants use a chair-barre for support while performing low-impact exercises, small pulses, and high-intensity repetitions to target core engagement, posture, and flexibility to create long lean muscle. Prior dance experience is not required.
