Functionally Fit Fitness Center is a premier fitness center and personal training company located in the Publix shopping center on the corner of Barnes Blvd and Murrell Road in Rockledge, Florida. With an understanding that many people are in need of a proven method of fitness assistance, our goal is: “to provide a quality training center that is affordable while providing personal training, physical therapy, and chiropractic care services to anyone who wants or needs it.”
All of our programs are designed to turn our clients' lifestyles around. Our goal is to aid our members in attaining their highest level of functional fitness so they can begin Living More...Not Lifting More! We focus on functional circuit training to maximize results in a minimum amount of time.
