A fun-filled exciting workout that combines Latin dancing with cardio and interval training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.
Body Sculpting with Patti
WED. | 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM
Power sculpt targets and challenges every muscle group as it consists of core, cardio, and strength training. Integrating combination workout routines in addition to weight training, power sculpt aims to tone muscles with varying formats.
Silver Sneaker Classic with Patti
WED. | 11:30AM - 12:20PM
Fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available needed for seated or standing support.
Dance Works with Heidi
WED. | 5:30PM – 6:20PM
You will optimize your workout in this class that combines intervals of full body strength training and easy to follow cardio moves. Good for all fitness levels.
Power Yoga with Jessica
WED. | 6:30PM - 7:20 PM
Power Yoga is a combination of challenging postures, but also balanced with options and modifications for a full body practice. As we move with breath, we create the internal “fire” and sweat. Some experience recommended. ALL levels welcome.
